How Does Phentemine 375 Cause Weight Loss?
Phentemine 375's active ingredients include 1,3-Dimethylpentylamine Hydrochloride, 1,3,7-Trimethylxanthine, and a Sympathomimetic Amine, Dehydroepiandrosterone.
These compounds work together to metabolise stored fat, increase metabolism and thereby cause more fat to be burned while carrying out everyday activities, and suppress appetite and quell hunger pangs.
The Sympathomimetic Amine causes the body to produce more Norepinephrine. Norepinephrine is a neurotransmitter and hormone which signals the body to release fat from stored cells and burn it as fuel.
Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) is an endogenous steroid, which means that it is naturally produced in the body. It is produced by the adrenal glands. As well as increasing weight loss, studies have shown DHEA to be a potent 'anti-aging' compound.
1,3,7-Trimethylxanthine is far more commonly known as caffeine, a well known central nervous system stimulant. Caffeine's effects on metabolism and weight loss are well known, and it is an ingredient in many diet pills.
1,3-Dimethypentylamine Hydrochloride is another central nervous system stimulant, boosting your metabolism and increasing thermogenesis, causing more fat to be burned.

Phen 375 Clinical Studies
DHEAA National Institutes of Health study compared DHEA to a placebo (a pill which looked exactly like the DHEA pills but contained no active ingredients) in 56 overweight adults. At the end of the study, those taking DHEA had lost an average of two pounds while those taking the placebo had gained just over one pound.
Even more significantly, most of the weight lost was from the abdomen, with women taking DHEA losing 10% of their belly fat and men losing 7%. It seems that DHEA is especially useful to those with stubborn belly fat.
While beyond the scope of this piece, clinical studies have also shown DHEA to be effective at preventing osteoporosis, improving symptoms of depression, decreasing the risk of heart disease, and many other beneficial effects.
Sympathomimetic Amine
A study published in Medical Hypotheses studied a condition which causes an inability to lose weight despite proper dieting. The study compared the efficacy of a diuretic, a converting enzyme inhibitor, spironolactone, and a sympathomimetic amine on weight loss. Of the four, the only one which showed a significant weight reduction was the Sympathomimetic Amine.
Sympathomimetic Amine has also shown benefits for conditions such as chronic fatigue and chronic urticaria.

These substances are both CNS (central nervous system) stimulants, which have well known weight loss affects. How common is the idea that giving up smoking will cause weight gain? The reason for this is that nicotine is a CNS stimulant.
Weight Loss Report Conclusions
Phentemine 375's unique blend of ingredients can be a very effective component of a weight loss plan. While Phentemine 375 is too new to have undergone clinical trials, the individual ingredients have been proven in several such studies, and the synergistic effects of the ingredient blend can only boost the weight loss effects.
There is one thing which prevents us from giving Phen375 the full 5 stars however, and that is the inclusion of two Central Nervous System stimulants. While most people will have no problem with this, and we haven't found any reports of people experiencing adverse side effects from taking Phentemine 375, those with heart conditions and certain other medical conditions should err on the side of caution and avoid it.
